If you work at Nokia you will be able to spend your time with your family, you can take your vacations many times during the year, you will have time to do other activities outside of the company. You will work between 8 am until 5 pm from Monday to Friday. You will have a lot of benefits with insurance, restaurant card and grocery card.

Cons

No growing opportunities for employees, management is super hands off and don't have any idea of how to manage their own personnel. No salary increases for several years!!!!
