      Nice climate Flexibility with remote working and even working hours Sane organizational setup and decision making (well, most of the time...)

      Cons

      Frequent upper management reorganizations. When this happen, there is a small but distinct probability that the new management will want to demonstrate their change mindset with irrational shuffling of the organizational charts... this means that one can get her job obsolete overnight purely because of bad luck.
