      Good work life balance Good monetary benefits in terms of variable pay and other allowances Handset and laptop will be provided to you within your first day of joining and you can take it with you even leave the organization after some specific period Transparency about management decisions

      No technical career growth. If you are really want to grow technically then this is not your place Reorganization happens every six months You will be hired for some core technical competencies and they ask to you work for process and project management area Services are not best in the market standards.
