      Not a bad place to work at all, just somewhat conservative and slow to adapt to change

      - Sound and conservative management - Pleasant place to work, people tend to be very friendly - Benefits and vacation time are generous - Get to work with a large company with global prestige - Rich company can afford paying for little things here in there (like HD video conferencing) that are sound and helpful but not extravagant

      - Management might be too slow to innovate and adapt to change - Tough to get promotions without moving to Europe or another country - Lots of red tape involved in getting anything done, needs to have more entrepreneurial attitude

      Pros

      Great people to work for. Laid back attitude. Overall, the company takes good care of its employees.

      Cons

      Pay scale and HR policies. If you decide to work there, make sure you negotiate a good package up front because it is next to impossible to move up quickly if you started much too low in the pay scale. Even if direct management says you deserve it and that you're being way underpaid, HR policies will keep them from doing anything meaningful about it.
