smart colleagues, good culture, worldwide impactful projects, good work-life balance in general (depends on the location/team/position you are in), hybrid work (remote and in the office), nice benefits like health insurance, bus for transportation to work, 120 euro ticket restaurant, equity benefit programs. Low bonuses usually, nice office areas.
Cons
Low salary compared to other companies in similar positions, very slow promotions (with some people remaining at the same level for years), and minimal salary increases. No equity is given when joining the company.
