      Pros

      Good benefits, training and course program inside the company are good. Rotation 2 weeks on and two weeks off was the best.

      Cons

      Lack of good procedures and many safety procedures wasn't followed. The corruption between the Odebrecht CEOs and the Brazil government lead the company to close doors.

      Pros

      The company is always willing to push the envelope and evolve, to innovate and to do better deals. Culture is not one to find guilt ones, but to solve problems and move on. If you are on the line (projects instead of headquarters) bonus potential is huge. But you can also have none if the project, for any reason, is not performing well

      Cons

      Does not have systems or clearly defined procedures. The lack of clearly defined procedures is especially bad when the money is not flowing freely
