The project management and field crews are good hard working people, Yet very Compartmentalized do to mistrust of company management.

Cons

Project Executives and Management are very unstable and very political in their considerations, nurturing a culture of favoritism and inner circle mentality. Lacking true leadership.

If you are Hispanic or foreign to the US you can develop.

Cons

You will be belittled if you are not of Hispanic decent. Used and abused like an unlovedchild. They will not commit to your future and expect you to work within their plan with no guidance and a plan that is subject to change often and without notice. You are expected to be married to the company and your family suffers. The young people that work here drink all the cult like kool-aid and worship the philosphies. They do not listen to experience.
