The culture is true in Brasil, and the leads walk the talk. It's a strong company with a great future ahead and a good place for a long term career. Amazing place to learn about product!! and grow

Cons

Working at the "markets" its not working at Nubank, the culture is not the same and the bureaucracy and lack of motivating product or tech challenges is not great. Hard to grow in your career after reaching a high level, also, harder if you are not in Nubank Brasil

I think the culture and the engineering mindset allow you to grow and learn a lot during the projects.

Cons

For the Brazil industry it's paid really well, but compared with remote jobs that are paid in Dollars or Euros the compensation was not so good.
