      Great culture, always pushing you to develop your career, good salaries

      Cons

      The Empowerment given to people sometimes is counterproductive, there's no challenging or corroboration to decision from leaders. Hyper growth leads is not proportional with HR, you'll have one or two HR persons working for thousand people.
