      Good environment Technology well used: documentationto help other in Slack or Confluence Work life balance in most of departments

      Cons

      Some departments do not really have work life balance and recognition programs, to show the work being done by all the teams.

      Pros

      Good salary, 2+ minimum wages with a full benefits Colombian contract Equity in Andrena after the first year with a 2 years vesting. Good remote setup.

      Cons

      Opportunities to growth limited to in office folks. Didn't even let me say bye before being fired, completely unexpected and by surprise. Since in Colombia they started to get more and more folks on a third party as TP and other call center companies, the customer service have gone down.
