Great environment. Work- life balance is doable if you are organized and focused on results. Good people, you learn a lot from your peers and collegues (We don't hire jerks]. Respectful environment.

Cons

I don't see as negative, but some business leaders still don't give the right value to TA an want to do things on their way, but we are evolving

Cons

- Perda da visão de foco no cliente com a expansão acelerada - terceirização mal planejada e impactos na jornada do cliente - Ciclos de performance mal estruturados com avaliação incorreta sobre performance / next steps; afetando a saúde mental de muitos Nubankers - repetidos casos de burnout, etc. - Falta de remuneração e pacotes de benefícios adequados (processo de RSUs/bonificação confuso e frustrante - devido à alta espera pela possibilidade de vendas) - Diferença de cultura de gestão (ex.: gestores US técnicos sem capacidade de prover feedbacks estruturados - e desenvolvimento/recuperação de trajetória de carreira)

My time at Nu as well as my recent promotion is thanks to the inclusion between the teams. Since I started my career at Nu, I have been able to function as a person free of expression with the aim of delivering the best results for the company, due to the work culture where people are taken into account before any action. Without a doubt, feeling comfortable in different areas without fear of discrimination or contempt from someone is the most important thing that has led to my current development.

Cons

Lately there has been confusion about who one can approach for a certain topic, this is due to the staff rotation that has occurred in recent months, without a doubt these are processes that place the correct people in strategic positions. The volume of continuous changes can confuse and stop some projects that are on the table.
