      Pros

      Compared to my previous job, Nubank has a much more colaborative environment. Teams do not compete against each other, but work together, and people are mostly open to hear and improve. Almost all employees are motivated and doing their best, no one is just doing the least to not get fired.

      Cons

      Most people use to work for longer than they are supposed to.
