      Pros

      Best job I had in terms of culture and team. The work is interesting as well.

      Cons

      There are problems with upper management (GM and above) that are not dealt with. That has generated a lot of anxiety in our team for several of our team members. It should be placed an evaluation system for those people as well, most of this problems stay within the teams.
