- Very safe environment - Pay is fair and above average, at least for the São Paulo region - Being able to work on an impactful product that is changing the lives of millions of people in latin america and setting a new standard for financial products

Cons

- It's now a very big company, that comes with a bunch of downsides. You can end up working with unmotivated people that really just want to drag their feet for as long as possible and get away with it
