Pros
Great work enviroment and a strong service culture. Opportunities to participate in high-impact projects. Good benefits package especially if you have children, they also have several processes to receive feedback.
Cons
The company's strong culture hides a great deal of gossip, fake smiles and underqualified managers and employees fighting for the spotlight... Working here is great as the work itself, the people... not so much It is also a company for men, women get a chance here if and only if they have no children, they tend to demand a lot of your free time if you get to have any.
