      Pros

      Since it's a start-up you get to learn like you would in any other startup

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional environment. Bad culture is an understatement. Work environment is so bad that most ppl start looking for jobs within 4-5 months of joining. Leadership is extremely political and favoritism breeds across the company. Avoid joining this company, it's just worthy of a being a temperory job fix, not even a year long career prospect.

      - Good field work opportunities, if you're interested in field jobs. - Salary paid on time, unlike many startups. - No time to get bored.

      Cons

      - No work-life balance. - Need a lot of improvement in the backend technology. - "PLANNING" is very important for any task/company/project to succeed. "BHASAD" is not gonna work in the long run. - Not too many things to learn, if you're very ambitious and just starting up with your career. - Need better leaders and not dictators.
