      Individual growth within a short span Solving practical solutions for all daily problems in the fields. Interacting with professional giants. Experimenting with new ideas. Great recognition from the team members.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Peer pressure to achieve your monthly targets. Continuous changing business models affect the entire structure and have a great imapct. Always on the run. Politics and nepotism exists
