      Pros

      Very good team, wonderful people with lots of experience, learning a lot as I go even today. Good company culture and togetherness with everyone willing to help one another.

      Cons

      Staff are worried about redundancies due to Covid and the constant negative press coverage of Oyo. Have to ask for a promotion, otherwise not given and Promotions are not coming at a fast enough pace. Certain Senior Leadership needs to go back to educating themselves about the hospitality industry. The tech of our competitors are better and we are constantly playing catch up.

      Attractive package as well as incentives.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. 2. The process keeps on changing. There is no fixed procedure for anything which always creates confusion. 3. The company's management is poor. 4. Superiors are not cooperative. Not at all helpful even in tough situations. 5. Unnecessary pressures. 6. Long working hours. Usually 11-12 hrs. 7. Work even on holidays or weekends/sundays. Once or twice or thrice is understandable, but it is not acceptable everytime.

      U can get fired the very next day of your joining. If u working in a job pls don't leave and join oyo better move to some other company . Don't spoil your career . Ex oyo candidates are not considered in many company for jobs due to poor customer experience and worst work culture prevails in the company ..
