Taking into account the feedback we received, we have revisited our weekend work policy and incorporated new workways including a five-day working week, no review Mondays to name a few.       Flexible work time, that's all

      Cons

      Firstly, they offer higher salary to pull you out from your current company. Then due to their mismanagement, they decided to lay-off over 80% of their staff to maintain the few high salary management. Probably the worst company I ever work with in terms of management and politics. Don't bother to report any misconduct, many have tried and no action taken.
