- Fast paced operation - Very open culture, everyone is approachable - no punch in punch out

Cons

- pathetic work life balance - expected hours is >55 per week (which explains lack of punch in punch out) - alternate 6 day week - expected updates even on weekends - very little perks if any - all work is done in hurry so no time for innovation - very unethical in general
