Pros

Good Salary, good colleagues, good work environment.

Cons

High internal competition (within OYO Rooms, Homes and Life), high targets in Saturated Market, they don't pay well to the owners as well. PIP system sucks - company itself invests lakhs on the employee, only to be chucked out in 3 months. You have no authority whatsoever in making any decision. Contracts get cancelled even after getting signed.
