      Hands on experience, you will develop your public speaking skills, you can learn many new things as a fresher. you can find inner motivation.Suitable for target oriented individuals

      Cons

      poor work life balance. you need to work even on independence day and on all govt holidays. you cant take offs on sundays rather you will be given offs on weekdays. you wont be having a personal space. 12 to 13 hours of working.
