1) Wonderful team . The team I worked with at OYO was an incredibly motivated and talented one. With employees from all hues of life, the team was a perfect blend to crack the Indian Hotel Industry. 2) Leadership: Leaders like Ritesh Agarwal , Abhinav Sinha, Anuj Tejpal, Shreerang Godbole and Maninder Gulati ( and many more) always empowered employees to perform, grow business aggressively and achieve great heights in career. Got an opportunity to work individually with the above leaders. They always walked the talk and set examples on great work ethics, performance and hardwork. 3) Learning’s and growth: Even after 2 years of leaving the organisation, the learnings I have had are helping me grow and achieve success in my current organisation as well. 4) Culture: OYO has a high performance culture and this helps both the employee and the organisation to achieve their goals. Its a win- win situation for achievers who seek opportunities to grow their career both role wise and financially as well. 5) Pay Master: OYO pays at par with Startup standards.

Very dynamic organisation. People who don’t adapt to change will face difficulties in working.
