Lot of new work. Tax saving schemes. Friendly Devs.

Cons

Feature factory. Worst top engineering management. Poor and disproportionate salary. No perks apart from salary. Gurgaon office is in poor location(unsafe at night). Parking charge. Every Saturday Hiring Drive due to high attrition(which makes Saturday indirectly working)

- No work is considered small. - Encourages participation. - Responsibilities starts flowing over your head as soon as you welcome them. - Quite a young workforce. Eager to solve operational issues, bring best outcomes. - Assessment is purely based on performance. If you achieving targets, doing your work creatively, things will be pretty positive for you. - Everyone is welcome to speak about their interests and how best they can contribute in the OYO's journey. Management will support in their best way. - Helping colleagues. - After office parties always there. - Group events - sports, poker, etc.

Cons

- You do not work with OYO, you live with OYO. Its a startup culture (even if the company is well established now). - Work targets are always high. So you should have ever lasting hunger to achieve them. - You might have to travel a lot, depending upon your job profile.
