      Pros

      a) Fast environment presents an unparalleled learning curve. b) Wise & interactive leadership that focuses on long term growth of the organization. c) Inclusive environment. No glass doors to cross to meet people. d) Almost everyone is aligned towards the company's growth and there's complete freedom from the top to exercise your initiatives

      Cons

      Since the company's still in formative stages, there are some roles that do not have long term clarity and a growth path well defined as such. However the leadership is constantly coming up with measures to sort the same. Not the best place to work if someone is looking for a 9 to 5 job. Company and hospitality industry demands people to be available round the clock.
