      1. Great peer to peer connections 2. Huge learning curve and opportunity to learn from team and leadership 3. Leadership gave me full ownership of my task and I could see the direct impact of my work 4. Positive work environment

      Not suitable for someone who is habitual of a slow and boring job.

      Pros

      1) You have complete freedom to run your initiatives independently. 2) Great learnings, amazing team to work with, great leadership team with people like Abhinav, Shreerang and Ankit on board. 3) We had the best mix of guys in our city team as well, the entire journey was amazing. 4) Merit was always rewarded. 5) Fantastic experience all in all.

      Cons

      1) If you are looking for a 5 day work week with relaxed weekends, this is clearly not the place .
