Pros

Good Internal Network built on mobile application,it was easy to reach out to any team across India.

Cons

The company has a big IIT,NIT,SP JAIN cult. If you are from these colleges or if u have studies abroad they will give you lucrative compensation and allow you to be team lead irrespective of your experience or age. Immature team leads ,work without planning or strategy. A huge Nepotism like environment where managers only help you out if u shine there toes . Demand Managers are treated like mere uneducated slaves even though they are the one's who fetch business for you. Big time hire and fire policy . They can even waste a talent like Sundar Pichai if he dares to join oyo.

- Very energetic and dynamic organization. - Excellent leadership at the central level. - Lots of flexibility in decision making at hub level - Strong business fundamentals and deep focus on hotel partners

- Some disparity in salaries and benefits between people of similar experience. - Sometimes people's performance gets judged by perception rather than facts.

No pros whatsoever, can give -ve stars if its in my hands

Cons

With the introduction of New CTO the company will surely going to die before its due time, he is such a jerk that he fired many hardworking people without any reason or without any Intimation, he will personally monitor you even when you enter or left (people even joke about secret microphones and cameras) he doesn't bother to Interact with the team, he is only Interested in talking with few bunch of guys who are undeservingly promoted as EMs, moreover he is placing his own guys at the important positions, Old guys from the tech team are leaving company at very fast rate, the legacy built by AJAY(old VP) is all lost, now everyone talks about how to leave this company, Guys if you think you are going to learn new technology think again you will not be given a chance to think out of box, I worked here for a long time and just left because of all these reasons.
