      I have been a part of the company for almost 2 year. Great place to be in if we want to get your hands dirty and master the execution part of the business. Employees are encouraged to experiment and innovate.

      Cons

      Internal products and processes need to scale up and keep pace with the growth of the company. No work life balance, almost 7 day a week job

      Hectic and demanding. Tough to maintain work-life balance. Pay disparity( common to startups). Work hours can be very long, and requires continously high levels of energy and enthusiasm

      6 Days working, no proper canteen, sometime working hours extent to 2-3am , weired reimbursement policy for interns, rest is good
