Lots of learning on the job 1. There are a lot of ambiguous situations which come up very frequently in business, the role forces you to be decisive in these situations. My decision making skills have definitely moved up a notch since i've been working here. 2. The freedom to get hands on in most situations for ground team, and managing stakeholder expectations which is very invaluable in making a career. 3. The leadership has clarity and focus, passed down to the teams which makes one turn up to work with a purpose
Cons
1. Processes could be more streamlined, support functions are slow and are not able to match up to the speed in which the market forces behave 2. Too many projects are run simultaneously, which also leads to confusion among the ground staff about priorities of the org. 3. A lot of energy is spent at work, leaving less room for having a balanced work-life scene.
