      You'll know what not to do in a start-up after you've been around for a while.

      - Discrepancies in salaries for the same work. - Pay lesser than industry standard - Encourage late working hours. - Focus on checking excels rather than doing work. - Working Saturdays - Least responsive HR Team - Brand focused - Nepotism

      Really aggressive company. Good salaries. Lot of internal job openings. Good opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Some managers are inexperienced and immature. 6 day week. Lots and LOTS of Whatsapp groups related to work. Poor work-life balance
