      Job is satisfying. Org. encourages freedom and autonomy, opportunity to do very challenging work and innovate. Meritocracy.

      Cons

      Hectic and demanding. Tough to maintain work-life balance. Pay disparity( common to startups). Work hours can be very long, and requires continously high levels of energy and enthusiasm

      - Lot of responsibilities at early stage - Challenging but enjoyable work - mix of field work and office work doesn't make it monotonous - great people to work with

      - very slow management processes - poor coordination from head office - struggling on backend technology
