Pros

- Pay. They will exceed payscale but if you want to get your life screwed up, go ahead. - They were good initially but since they have hired new managers, they are blinded by them. They have created politics everywhere. Hence, join the company if you are good with politics.

Cons

- Do not join ux design team. If you don't trust me, read yourself on glassdoor. Filter the results with design as job title and you will see for yourself. - Heavy Politics played by Mid Level Managers in design team. - Everyone in design team is leaving now because of bad environment.

Pros

- Amazing peers- young and go getters - You'll get to meet so many entrepreneurial brains here - The CEO is young, simple and visionary - The culture of the company is one of a kind- Very flexible working hours (not if you're located at HQ Gurgaon) - Decent pay packages and pay hikes - You don't feel that you're going to office, it feels like a get together with friends where you wor together for an output - This company is trying to solve a revolutionary problem

Cons

- Decisions are taken in a jiffy, without thinking much about it, it's like jumping in the river and then realizing that you don't know how to swim - Extremely biased culture in the favor of A-College Grads: Now this is the most dangerous bug OYO needs to fix. No doubt that the people from the A-List colleges (IITs/IIMs/BITS/DU/Foreign Univ/ Other A listers) are talented and smart, that's why they were able to get in such institutes, bu that never means that the one who doesn't have such tag is a crap. Non A listers find it difficult to survive as they face huge bias in terms of salary and opportunity (An A lister with similar or lesser work ex than you, working on the same designation as you may be getting double or more than what you get) - Unclear processes (but that's how start-ups are)
