You have the power to change how system works, if you can think of ideas that are influential and impactful. 4. You can literally see the impact of your work daily. This makes you feel satisfied.

      1. Low pay 2. You won't be around smart people if you are in operations. Business Development / Analytics are good department to work for if you are planning to learn something. 3. Unsatisfactory management at employee level. 4. Very less exposure if you are working at city level.
