      Overall there is some kind of mis management in the system. With the rapidly growing company a lot of instability is found in the work as well as system.

      Pros

      work culture is really good but it's changing very fast as size of the company is increasing. But still very open culture. work from home , beer in office , flexible working hours.

      Cons

      HR department is worst. I referred someone and they didn't give even the referral bonus. very miser and gareeb kind of company while taking care of employees.
