      Pros

      Very good work environment for people with ambitions of a startup in the future. Lots of young people in the office,hence the environment is good and you are given responsibilities very early.I was handling the Varanasi cluster and during my time I learned a lot in a very short time.

      Cons

      There may be some problems for people from colleges other then IITs but as such there is no big problem
