Pros

- Good Colleagues. - Complex problems to solve.

Cons

- Company does not value its employees specially in technology team. - They always try to find out ways to treat its employees like dirt, evident from the recent performance appraisals. Every year OYO comes up with a disruption (since they are so good at it) , last year they said that markets are low so appraisals are not good, This year they came up with "We Are Standardising" slogan. - They don't have any benefits for employees what so ever, office is at a very remote location and still they don't provide any transport and if you come by your own vehicle you will have to pay parking for this such an amazing and vibrant office place in the middle of nowhere filled with dust all around.

1. Amazing leadership team, who is always ready to hear your problem-solving techniques 2. Chilled-out, fast-paced office atmosphere 3. The best HR folks! 4. You will learn so much in a very little time

Cons

I worked under the South head Burhan for quite some time. He is a horrible man with an inflated ego- one of the reasons I had to quit my job. Everyone else is amazingly sweet and nice!

Pros

Good Internal Network built on mobile application,it was easy to reach out to any team across India.

Cons

The company has a big IIT,NIT,SP JAIN cult. If you are from these colleges or if u have studies abroad they will give you lucrative compensation and allow you to be team lead irrespective of your experience or age. Immature team leads ,work without planning or strategy. A huge Nepotism like environment where managers only help you out if u shine there toes . Demand Managers are treated like mere uneducated slaves even though they are the one's who fetch business for you. Big time hire and fire policy . They can even waste a talent like Sundar Pichai if he dares to join oyo.
