Pros

Salary and comission were decent. Mobility (not 100% in office). Health insurance and pension saving.

Cons

Pressure cooker style management (a lot of pressure without listening on employees input). High turnover of employees. The product was hard to sell, and doesn’t really benefit customers - causing a lot of complaints.
