      Good place for freshers to give there career a kick start.

      Pros

      Being a fresher, you got to learn so many things. OYO has that work culture and exposure where you get opportunity to experience and grow. Its an expanding organisation.

      Cons

      This organisation doesn't seems working in a structured way. They works on multiple projects at same time with hit and trial method. Level of managements with different employees don't have clear insight about there part of work. Some biases during promotion and increments. Lastly whatsapp groups communications which is preferred during non working hours for urgent work relating to office is not good.

      Pros

      I have been working for more than a year its a very challenging job and requires you to put long effort including Saturday is working though it 1st and 4th saturday but you have to work on other Saturdays as well but you will be rewarded for your work.

      Do ur work and u will make u to be happy, thing is that u will get all facilities and u will be enjoyed lot and no problem for the money matter

      Do ur work and u will make u to be happy, thing is that u will get all facilities and u will be enjoyed lot and no problem for the money matter, here u have in Oyo life where some times, some managers doesn't no real estate and they try to hold u on, but u make them to understand, but here I was unable to do that, Bcz indirectly said me to do BUCKETING to him and to work in his style of working. Before my new manager came in, it was good manger I had but now its hell even we performe also.
