      Pros

      Working culture is good. People are helpful. You can contact the top management as well for your work and they do not get offended by that.

      Cons

      It is in transition stage from startup culture to organised MNC and hence hiring at a fast rate. But OYO is working on managing that which will take few more months or a year approximately.

      office is only good,nothing else.

      Poor place of work for sales specially in gurgaon hub,if anybody is joining ,my suggestion not to join in gurgaon hub,in gurgaon hub sales , not personal life,no sustainability,no job security,higher management not taking care of his junior employees.
