Pros

You will work with really talented, hardworking coworkers in a cool new office space in downtown Dallas. Everyone's desire to grow and create engaging content on the team is inspiring and a very collaborative environment. You will definitely be able to learn, grow and take on as much responsibility as you want here because you are not limited to your original title. While I will list my issues with the executive leadership for the company as a whole, the leaders that are in the central Dallas office are very caring, helpful and inspiring managers.

Cons

The Indian leadership is quickly driving the company into the ground with unrealistic expectations and not letting the industry leaders do their job. If people could actually do their job the company would be thriving in the US. Upper leadership's inability to accept the cultural and commercial differences in the US vs eastern hemisphere is very frustrating and limiting. There is a lack of transparency. There is also an EXTREME lack of organization company wide- there is no centralized system and all comm is done through WhatsApp which is insane.

Pros

- Global reach, you MIGHT get to travel for a week or two - "Great place to work", if you can brown-nose your way to the jack-shit CTO

Cons

- Anil Goel is a huge pain, and a hypocrite. He'll tell you that he doesn't want to build a culture of bureaucracy, but behaves the exact opposite. - If you work under Anil's two favorite "Sr. Leaders", you'll be fine. Else you can do anything but you'll not be recognized - You'll be told that Salary isn't important, work is. And then you'll be given so much work that you spend 12 hours a day in office, and work on the weekends as well.
