      One of the worst companies to work for

      You won't have trouble finding another job, OYO tag usually means that this guy has been through hell and can handle stuff.

      Cons

      1. Clueless upper management. 2. Low visibility. 3. Zero work-life balance, they use whatsapp for communication. Will call you at odd hours for the simplest of things, unrealistic deadlines for quality work, its just patchy work which keeps on adding tons of tech debt to the system. 4. Poor increment policy, even with exceeds expectations review you get 15%. 5. Bad office, you have to wait 10 minutes for just the lift and its usually full, very bad cafeteria options.

      Nothing about this place is good.

      Cons

      Narcissistic/bully mentality from managers and leadership. Will not pay and make up rules to initimidate employees. Expect you to be on call 24/7. No work/life balance or job security. You have only 2 weeks to perform or you are fired. Stay away from this place if you have morals!!

      NONE though offered a nice salary.

      I was offered a job, called the wrong name various times, never actually spoke to anyone at OYO until they called to rescind my offer of employment due to business plan changes. I was called 1 day to me starting my training with them that I did not have a job. A complete mess of a process. Now I am left with no income and kids to feed. I had a very bad feeling with all the inconsistency that this was a scam and it was. I should of trusted my gut and walked away and not signed the offer letter. I read all the reviews that were horrible but in my heart I felt that this would be a great career move as they grew the OYO name in the USA. Start ups always have to go through bumps in the road but they need to slow down and focus or they will not have the success it has in India. Do not quit your job and expect their offer to stand or you will be left without an income and they do nothing to help you except say "sorry."
