      No longer a startup. Slow growth and recovery ahead

      Pros

      Decent pay and work-life balance most of the time. Good training ground to eventually do own startup

      Cons

      1. Not sure of IPO - been trying for last 3-4 years and not getting the valuation and approvals necessary. 2. Almost all senior leaders who helped bring OYO to its heights have now left. The remaining are surviving, not thriving. 3. International expansion plans have been rolled back 4. No longer good exit opportunities if you worked at OYO 5. Ritesh is busy building his personal brand at Shark Tank
