      Pros

      It's a fast paced, high growth company - IF you are in the right team and working for the right people. If you happen to work on a team/product that is not the companies spot light - things could be a bit different

      Cons

      Salary is often based on your pedigree and experience. If you're a campus hire, then it will be difficult to get a salary correction even if you're a top performer. Whereas lateral hires have a better chance at getting a good salary.

      Lacking Job Security, Mixed bag on Management

      Pros

      Flexible remote work, diverse work, human connection

      Cons

      Can have poor work/life balance and boundaries i.e. phone calls any time of day or night (even 3 am), volatile company and market, lack of security, mixed bag on management - some managers were wonderful, others were very ‘boys club’
