      Completely bureaucratic , without proper processes or work distribution. The one who works is pressurized more and assigned more work. The one who freerides enjoys and no one questions.

      Cons

      the new CTO has brought about the corporate culture where the people are just "resources". Not a start up anymore. Politics has started and actual hard workers might not be appreciated.
