      Lofty goals which too good to achieve. Degrees are preferred over skills. Educational pedigree precedes most things.

      Money (Not worth your morality).

      Cons

      Company just cuts money from Client accounts for no absolute reason and you are to convince hotel owners that they are in the wrong. Hotel Owners then try to make up with unethical methods for which they receive more penalty. So many properties do not even exist. Upper Heads force employees to pay from their own pockets for CID penalties on these properties.
