      Toxic Work Culture

      Salary on time even before the month end.

      Cons

      Worst Management, Rude and Toxic behaviour of higher officials. Specially if you are working in Ludhiana or punjab region. Zero support for higher management and abusive language. Environment is so toxic that people here never spoke to each other due to their managers. As they don’t want the team to be unite They can do anything to complete their targets, asking lower level people to spend their half of the salaries on hotel recharge and fake hotel checkins
