      1. One will learn High pressure situation Management. 2. Relationship Management with clients 3. People Management skill- in and out of the organisation 4. Learning curve is bigger.

      Cons

      1. Organisation took full U turn on being a employee friendly company to an employee exploiting company. 2. No Hikes in last 2 years, just stories and motivational words that you achieve this you ll get this. 3. You ll get promoted but only the workload will increase by 3-4 times not your wallet. 4. Quite unethical with hotel partners. 5. Target assignment without any Data Analysis.

      Good staff benefits, and reasonable pay structure.

      Cons

      Senior management have no clue about the hospitality market in the UK. Their technology is lacking massively, and doesn’t support the complexities of the UK market or it’s hotel partners.
