      Pros

      - Lots of responsibility, ownership and learning. Great place to give a boost to your career, especially in full stack domain. - Very friendly place with lots of energy

      Cons

      - Bad work life balance - Inefficient processes (forgiven since it's a fast growing startup) - Illogical business decisions, and unnatural focus on delivery speed. - Bad code quality, since code reviews aren't much of a thing here. - Not recommended to work here for more than year

      Couldn't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Neither customer centric nor employee centric. Company is being run by an immature kid who somehow managed to get to the top but isn't able to handle the business. Hidden company policy is to hire huge number of people and get some work done, then fire most of them.
