1. Will get to learn a lot while working there 2. Will be entrusted with responsibilities beyond simply coding such as code deployment and hence will gain an insight into concepts such as kubernetes and other such platforms

No cons as such. It just might look to be a fast paced environment to catch up to but worth it.
