Pros

1. Very supportive employees. 2. Great product. Market leader. 3. Good training

Cons

1. Sells a cutting edge database product, however the software they use internally is archaic and counter-productive. 2. Horrible benefits. 401k is bad. 3. They are currently more reactive to competition than proactive. This could allow for a competitor to get a stronger foothold.
